On the Edge: A forum on food and sustainability around Australian cities

Next Tuesday, 25th October, the team at Villiage Well will be hosting an exciting event – On the Edge: A forum about food and sustainability on the edges of our cities.

Local and international experts will come together to discuss:

  • Strategies for maintaining and expanding food production on and around the edges of our major cities.
  • How such strategies can be applied to our ever-growing urban development.
  • How peri-urban agriculture can improve the physical, environmental, economic, social and cultural health of our cities.

This will be a fantastic event that is sure to get some much-needed conversations going. I’ll be there too so, come along and join in.
